If you stop using a particular phone number, kindly notify us promptly. Your cellular or mobile phone provider will charge you based on the type of plan you have. We may contact you via email using any email address you have provided us with or may provide us in the future. Please be informed that we may listen to and/or record phone calls between you and our representatives without prior notice as permitted by the applicable law. We do so for quality monitoring purposes.

Credit Authorization Information:

By signing below, each of the above listed business and business owner/officer (individually and collectively, “you”) authorize Legacy Funding Advisors, LLC Inc (“Legacy Funding Advisors, LLC”) and each of its representatives, successors, assigns and designees (“Recipients”) that may be involved with or acquire commercial loans having daily repayment features or purchases of future receivables including Merchant Cash Advance transactions, including without limitation the application therefore (collectively, “Transactions”) to obtain consumer or personal, business and investigative reports and other information about you, including credit card processor statements and bank statements, from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian and Equifax, and from other credit bureaus, banks, creditors and other third parties. You also authorize Legacy Funding Advisors, LLC to transmit this application form, along with any of the foregoing information obtained in connection with this application, to any or all the Recipients for the foregoing purposes. You also consent to the release, by any creditor or financial institution, of any information relating to any of you, to Legacy Funding Advisors, LLC and to each of the Recipients, on its own behalf.

  • Information we receive from your application submission, such as your name, address, and telephone number, or other information that you provide to us over the phone or in documents or applications.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the services provided, or any federal or state statutory or common law claims, shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in New Jersey, before a single arbitrator, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). This includes, but is not limited to, disputes regarding the interpretation, enforceability, or applicability of this arbitration agreement.

The arbitration shall be confidential, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You agree that arbitration shall be your sole and exclusive remedy for any such claims, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
